Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") is part of the Terms of Service. It protects our customers, our infrastructure, and the deliverability of every domain we operate by defining what is not allowed on NexHost, ProperInbox, and Nextsend.

You may not use the Services to store, host, transmit, or link to:

• Content that violates applicable law or regulation.
• Malware, phishing pages, credential harvesters, or command-and-control infrastructure.
• Content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Child sexual abuse material — reported immediately to authorities.
• Content promoting terrorism, or incitement to violence.

• No unsolicited bulk email (spam) — ever, through any product.
• Nextsend is for transactional email (receipts, resets, alerts) to recipients with an existing relationship. Marketing or promotional blasts require our prior written approval.
• Purchased, scraped, rented, or harvested recipient lists are prohibited.
• Sender identity must be accurate; spoofing or misleading headers are prohibited.
• You must honor unsubscribe and opt-out requests promptly and keep complaint rates within provider thresholds.

• No probing, scanning, or attacking systems without authorization.
• No cryptocurrency mining on shared build or edge resources.
• No bypassing plan limits, authentication, or isolation controls.
• No reselling or sublicensing the Services unless we agree in writing.

We may investigate suspected violations, and may suspend projects, releases, mailboxes, sending domains, or accounts — immediately where necessary to protect others — with notice when practicable. Serious or repeated violations lead to termination. We report unlawful content to the appropriate authorities where required.
